About the Founder

Zingo Education and Training Founder, Judy Palmore, has over 25 years of experience in international and domestic instructional design, leadership and communication skill-building and facilitation, and professional coaching.

As an instructional designer, Judy has developed and delivered hundreds of training modules on a diverse range of topics, such as leadership styles, community engagement, health promotion, mentoring, and life skills. In her coaching capacity, Judy has worked with women around the world who are faced with employment transitions, helping these clients create goals and identify steps and resources to achieve their plan.

Whether it’s designing training materials, facilitating a leadership module, or coaching a client at a professional crossroads, these are roles Judy does not take lightly. Each activity involves multi-step exploration to: understand the learner; assess gaps in knowledge or skills; and deliver practical strategies and tools to fill the need.

Through her work, Judy has seen the benefits of how gaining new perspectives and strategies can be life-changing! A single insight or collection of skills can change a person’s behavior and impact an entire community.
